Six Steeds Galloping into Spring
Inspired by the legendary Six Steeds, the installation celebrates the energy of spring through a sequence of symbolic cultural experiences.
Each booth reimagines a traditional festive ritual as an interactive environment, transforming heritage practices into contemporary spatial encounters.
The project creates a shared journey where visitors collect blessings, memories, and moments of participation throughout the installation.
The installation was developed to align STACCATO’s seasonal campaign with a festive and culturally resonant public experience. Traditional motifs, vibrant colors, and symbolic rituals informed both the visual language and the visitor journey, creating an environment that felt playful, immersive, and brand-connected.
SPATIAL VISUALIZATION
3D visualizations were developed using Rhino3D, Enscape, and Photoshop to study spatial composition, visitor flow, and the relationship between individual booths within the atrium environment.
The renderings were used to communicate atmosphere, scale, and experiential qualities throughout the design process. (All 3D visualizations were developed by the designer.)
VISITOR JOURNEY
Collecting Blessings Through Six Experiences
The installation is organized as a sequence of six interactive experiences, each representing a distinct cultural ritual. As visitors move from booth to booth, they participate in activities, receive stamps, and gradually build a playful journey of discovery. This circulation strategy transforms the installation into both a brand environment and an immersive public experience.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The design development explores key cultural motifs—including horses, lanterns, and symbolic forms—which informed the spatial layout and visual language of the installation.
3D visualizations were developed to explore spatial composition, booth layouts, and experiential elements before construction.
